• In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. Orders & Order Acceptance

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
• An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs only when the product is dispatched.
• We may limit the quantity of products purchased per person or per order.
• If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

We accept the following payment methods through our secure payment gateway (Razorpay):

All online payments are processed through Razorpay's secure, PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. We do not store your card details on our servers. For COD orders, payment is collected at the time of delivery.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines and charges are detailed in our Shipping Policy. By placing an order, you agree to provide an accurate and complete delivery address. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, natural disasters, or events beyond our control.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Our return and refund policies are detailed in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined therein, including the 7-day return window, refund timelines, and non-refundable item exclusions.
