How to Initiate a Return

  • Items returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Products in unused, original condition
  • Original packaging and tags intact
  • Damaged or defective items (report within 48 hrs)
  • Wrong product received

  • Items used, assembled, or altered
  • Missing original packaging or tags
  • Customised or made-to-order products
  • Items marked "Final Sale"
  • Returns after 7-day window

Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Request Return: Log in to your account, select the order, and initiate the return within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Approval: Our team reviews your request within 24 hours and sends approval via email.
  3. Pickup Scheduled: Once approved, we arrange a free pickup from your address within 2-3 business days.
  4. Quality Check: After we receive the returned product, our team inspects it (1-2 business days).
  5. Refund Initiated: Once approved, the refund is processed to your original payment method.
  6. Refund Received: Amount reflects in your account within 5-7 business days.

Exchange Process

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order. Your refund will be processed independently. We are working on adding a direct exchange feature in the near future.

Damaged or Defective Items

Received a damaged or defective item? We are sorry about that. Here is what to do:

  1. Report within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Email hello@royalinteriors.in with your order number and clear photos of the damage.
  3. We will arrange a free pickup and send a replacement or full refund within 24 hours of review.
  4. You do not need to worry about return shipping — we cover it entirely for damaged items.
