At Royale Interiors, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and safely. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery process.

1. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment. Promotional free shipping offers may apply during sales and special events.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, festivals, strikes, or force majeure events. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

• A shipping confirmation email with tracking number and courier partner details.
• Real-time tracking link to monitor your package's journey.
• You can also track your order from My Account → My Orders on our website.
• SMS/WhatsApp updates for key milestones (shipped, out for delivery, delivered).

4. Shipping Partners

We partner with India's most trusted logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders, including Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ecom Express, DTDC, and India Post (for remote areas). The shipping partner is assigned based on your pincode and product type for optimal delivery speed.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available across most serviceable pincodes in India, subject to the following conditions:

• COD is available on orders up to ₹10,000.
• COD availability depends on your delivery pincode — check at checkout.
• Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
• COD orders may take an additional 1-2 days for verification before dispatch.

6. Large Item & Furniture Delivery

For large items such as coffee tables and lounge chairs, delivery may require special handling. These items are shipped via surface transport and may take an additional 3-5 business days beyond standard timelines. Our delivery team will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the package. Assembly (if required) is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise specified on the product page.

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@royalinteriors.in or +91 98765 43210. Address changes can only be accommodated if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once shipped, the address cannot be modified and the package will be delivered to the original address.

9. Undeliverable Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to any of the following reasons, it will be returned to our warehouse:

• Incorrect or incomplete address provided.
• Recipient not available after 2-3 delivery attempts.
• Delivery refused by the recipient.
• Area not serviceable by the courier partner.

For prepaid orders with undeliverable packages, a full refund will be initiated after the package is received at our warehouse. For COD orders, the order will be cancelled. Shipping charges (if any) may be deducted from the refund for non-delivery due to customer-side issues.
