How to Track Your Order

Sign in to your Royale Interiors account using your email and password.

My Orders

Go to My Account and click on "My Orders" to see all your orders.

Click "View Order" on any order to see the current status and tracking details.

You will also receive email and SMS notifications with a tracking link once your order is shipped.

Order Status Guide

Here is what each order status means:

Order Placed

Your order has been received and confirmed. Payment has been verified (or COD selected). You will receive a confirmation email with order details.

Processing

Your order is being prepared for shipment. Items are being picked, packed, and quality-checked in our warehouse. This usually takes 1-2 business days.

Shipped

Your order has been handed over to our courier partner. You will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can now track the package in real-time.

Out for Delivery

Your package is on its way to your doorstep! The delivery agent will attempt delivery during business hours. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.

Delivered

Your order has been successfully delivered. Please inspect the package upon receipt. If you notice any damage or defect, report it within 48 hours.

The courier partner is automatically selected based on your pincode and the product type for the best delivery experience.

What If My Order Is Delayed?

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window:

  1. Check your tracking link for the latest status and any updates from the courier.
  2. Delays can occur due to weather, festivals, remote locations, or high order volumes — please allow 2-3 additional business days.
  3. If the tracking shows no movement for more than 3 days, contact us immediately.
  4. If the order is lost in transit, we will either reship the product or issue a full refund.
