1. How do I place an order?

Browse our catalogue, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay via UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, or Cash on Delivery. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), debit cards, net banking (all major Indian banks), and Cash on Delivery (on orders up to ₹10,000). All online payments are processed securely via Razorpay.

3. How long does delivery take?

Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days for metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad), 5-7 business days for Tier 2 cities, and 7-10 business days for the rest of India. Large items like furniture may take an additional 3-5 days.

4. Is shipping free?

Yes! Shipping is completely free on all orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a flat delivery charge of ₹99 applies.

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link. You can also track your order by logging into your account and visiting My Account → My Orders → Track Order.

6. What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging with tags intact. Customised products and items marked "Final Sale" are non-returnable. Visit our Refund Policy page for full details.

7. How long does a refund take?

Refunds are initiated within 2-3 business days of return approval. The amount typically reflects in your account within 5-7 business days for cards/UPI/net banking. COD refunds via bank transfer take 7-10 business days.

8. Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes, you need to create an account to place an order. This allows you to track your orders, manage your addresses, save items to your wishlist, and enjoy a faster checkout experience. Registration is free and takes less than a minute.

9. How does the wishlist work?

Click the heart icon on any product to save it to your wishlist. You can view your wishlist from your account. Wishlisted items stay saved until you remove them, and you can add them to your cart anytime.

10. Do you offer coupons or discounts?

Yes! We regularly offer discounts, seasonal sales, and coupon codes. Follow us on Instagram and subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated on the latest deals. You can apply coupon codes at checkout in the "Apply Coupon" field.

11. Is Cash on Delivery available in my area?

COD is available across most serviceable pincodes in India on orders up to ₹10,000. COD availability for your specific pincode will be shown at checkout. Some remote areas may not support COD.

12. Are your products genuine and high quality?

Absolutely. Every product at Royale Interiors is handpicked and undergoes quality checks before being listed. We source from trusted artisans and manufacturers. Product descriptions include accurate material, dimensions, and weight information.

13. Do you offer warranty on products?

Most decor items do not come with a manufacturer warranty. However, furniture items (coffee tables, lounge chairs) may include a limited warranty — details are mentioned on the respective product pages. All products are covered by our 7-day return policy for defects.

14. Can I place a bulk order or buy for gifting?

Yes! We welcome bulk orders for offices, hotels, events, and gifting. We offer special pricing on orders of 10+ items or ₹50,000+. Contact us at hello@royalinteriors.in with subject "Bulk Order" for a custom quote. Gift wrapping is available on select products at checkout.

15. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only deliver within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We are working on expanding our delivery network and hope to offer international shipping in the future. Stay tuned!
